Got approval from the VA to get new hearing aids from Audibel Hearing Center in Chiefland. I took the hearing test in the sound booth and was approved for hearing aids that were molded to fit my ears. Les and Michelle are excellent to work with. Les and the VA, via video chat, explained the process of getting my hearing aids. After a few weeks I went back to audibel to get my new hearing aids and once again I talked to the VA through a video chat. I was told how to put my new hearing aids in and remove them and how to care for them. I love that are rechargeable so no more batteries. Great experience so the you VA and Audibel Hearing Center
I had a small need for hearing aids I bought elsewhere a while ago. Michele helped me, solved my problem and was delightful the whole time, treating me like a long time customer. Her skill and patient friendliness helped me feel my very recent move to Chiefland is a good idea.

We always get top notch service. Over the years we have been tested and met with different Audibel Specialist and Les is by far our favorite. He reviews and explains any changes that need to be made to our aids.
